What counts toward my lead limit?
A lead is a unique contact captured into your pipeline, from a form submission, tracked visitor, or manual entry. Website tracking itself is unmetered.
What's the difference between Individual and Agency plans?
Individual plans track a single site. Agency plans manage multiple client sites with per-property team permissions, so agencies can run campaigns across many domains from one workspace.
Can I change plans or add capacity later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. You can also bolt on extra sites, seats, or lead capacity without jumping a whole tier, see add-ons above.
How does billing work?
